We clean block paving, tarmac, concrete, natural stone patios, paths and decking. The pressure and nozzle are matched to the surface, so the dirt comes off without damaging what's underneath. Stubborn moss, algae and black spot are treated rather than just blasted.

On block paving, the cleaning washes out the old sand between the blocks. We can re-sand the joints afterwards, which locks the blocks back together and helps keep weeds out.

Yes — we match water pressure and technique to your surface type. Block paving, natural stone, tarmac and concrete all need slightly different approaches, which we assess before starting.

How often should I get my driveway or patio cleaned?

Most homes benefit from a clean once a year. Shaded, damp or heavily-used areas can need attention more often, especially where moss builds up quickly.

Do I need to move my car or clear the patio first?

Yes please — cars off the driveway, and pots, furniture and anything loose moved off the patio where you can. Anything you cannot shift, just tell us and we will work around it.

Will jet washing damage block paving or a resin drive?

Not when it is done properly. Block paving is cleaned at a pressure that lifts dirt without stripping the blocks, and the joints can be re-sanded afterwards. Resin bound drives are cleaned at lower pressure, because too much force can damage the resin surface.

Do you bring your own water and equipment?

We arrive fully equipped. In most cases we can work from an outdoor tap with your permission, or bring our own water supply if needed — we'll confirm this when you book.
